At PosiGen, our Outside SalesReps, known internally as Residential Energy Specialists (RES), meetwith and educate homeowners on the benefits of solar power and energyefficiency home upgrades from PosiGen. PosiGen?s unique program is aimedat providing solar for people of all types with no credit check requiredand a guaranteed savings on energy usage in the first year. Our salesteam is not focused on putting as many panels on roofs as possible, butinstead are tasked with helping our customers get more money back intheir pocket while also helping to save the environment. Essential JobFunctions Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing thesale Build ?book of business? through self generated leads, includinggenerating referrals, prospecting, direct marketing, and more (We payEXTRA for self-generated deals) Leverage proprietary referral app andincentives to help jump start your business Attend company-providedappointments Helps the homeowner to execute documents and provide thenecessary information to maximize their savings by going solar Maintainan ongoing partnership with our valued customers, offering supportthroughout the entire lease term and project milestones Works closelywith other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and projectsuccess Positive energy, professional, high enthusiasm and big pictureattitude Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honestEducation/Experience Must be 18 years of age or older Prior salesexperience OR college OR military experience required Proven success ina lead generating, quota-driven sales position preferred Proficient withcomplex computer programs Strong communication skills and problemsolving abilities Must have a valid state driver?s license and reliabletransportation Must be flexible based on customer availability AboutPosiGen PosiGen is a people-centric, rapidly growing residential solarcompany committed to making Solar For ALL a reality.
