　　OSC 4 Production Operator Weekend Shift

　　Brooklyn Park, MN 55445

　　We currently have an immediate opening for a Full Time Production Operator/Lab Technician at our facility located in the Northwest suburbs. If you have a mechanical aptitude and/or experience, Walman will provide full training. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great company and team.

　　$1000 Hiring Bonus:

　　A $500 Bonus will be paid out to you after 6 months of employment and an additional $500 Bonus will be paid to you after 9 months of employment (if continued employment in an evening, night, or weekend shift).

　　Starting pay $18.00 per hour including shift differential, or more depending on skills and experience.

　　Hours: Wednesday-Saturday 12PM-10PM

　　Job Summary

　　Responsible for performing a variety of production tasks for manufacturing prescription eyewear. The Walman team provides full training so that each employee is comfortable with safe operation of the equipment and process completing quality eyewear and ability to meet production goals.

　　Primary Duties

　　Machine operation and hand assembly processes in performance or manufacture of prescription eyewear. Responsible for set-up, operation and basic maintenance of equipment in lab production.

　　Experience/Qualifications

　　High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience

　　Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

　　Must be highly detail-oriented

　　Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

　　Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

　　Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision

　　Previous Optical Lab experience a plus, but not required
