Work you'll do
As a Organizational Change Management Communications Consultant you will be responsible for:
Developing integrated, targeted, and repeatable approaches to manage large-scale organization transformation initiatives for workforce (system users) and leadership.
Developing and delivering change communication materials (to include strategic communication and training aides) focused on increasing user awareness and adoption of financial applications, new business processes, business rules, roles, terminology, and definitions associated with use of the applications as well as the adoption of new SOPs
Performing project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
Participating in the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality
Using your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
Contributing to proposal development
Seeking out o pportunities for professional growth and expansion off your consulting skills and experiences

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor' s degree in related field required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
2+ years of experience in Strategic Communications, Change Management , or Stakeholder Engagement Planning
Experience facilitating Town Halls, Lunch and Learns, Survey Development and Administration.
Experience developing tailored communications - executive messaging, Newsletters , User Videos, Workforce Communications
