Job Title: Order Entry AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Analyst to develop and support forms and rules for Order Entry Platforms such as Firelight, AnnuityNet, and Affirm. This role involves managing DTCC data feed requirements, supporting product deliveries, projects, and business initiatives in collaboration with Business System Analysts and Onboarding Analysts. Additionally, you will develop and execute test plans, create operational processes for long-term support, and resolve moderate to complex production issues related to Order Entry processes or DTCC feeds.

Responsibilities

Develop and support forms and rules for Order Entry Platforms (Firelight, AnnuityNet, Affirm).

Manage DTCC data feed requirements and provide ongoing support.

Collaborate with Business System Analysts and Onboarding Analysts to support changes from product deliveries, projects, and business initiatives.

Develop and execute test plans both internally and externally.

Create and maintain operational processes for the long-term support of platforms.

Research, analyze, and resolve moderate to complex production issues related to Order Entry processes or DTCC feeds.

Assist in interviewing and facilitating skills to interface with business and technology stakeholders.

Build relationships within assigned project teams.

Demonstrate a basic understanding of annuity concepts.

Tailor messages to the audience effectively.

Embrace change and help others recognize the need for change.

Learn techniques to create business and functional requirements (artifacts).

Essential Skills

5+ years of professional/technical work experience.

Strong understanding of annuity products and operational processes.

Familiarity with Order Entry platforms including Firelight, AnnuityNet, and/or Affirm.

Experience in data integration, systems analysis, project management, quality processes, data analysis, and SQL.

Additional Skills Qualifications

SQL and/or Visual Basic experience preferred.Work Environment

This position requires working in the office 4 days a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
