　　Serves as a primary health provider who will diagnose and treat conditions and diseased of the human eye.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Board Eligible in Specialty.

　　Completion of Residency required.

　　Must possess a valid SD driver’s license.

　　Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Hours may slightly vary; 80hrs/2wks
