　　Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations Diagnose disease and vision disorders Counsel patients regarding their vision needs Collegial group practice with a large referral base Supported by knowledgeable staff and team of skilled ophthalmic technicians Work closely with our own Ophthalmology physicians

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process Licensed by National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) Proven ability to thrive in a team environment Proven excellent clinical and communications skills

　　New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $101,200 to $184,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
