About Optical Retail Manager

　　Seeking an enthusiastic leader who is energetic and creates a positive team atmosphere in our busy optical retail location. *Effectively coach and develop staff to meet store goals and create accountability.  *Support and encourage team work.  *Motivate and influence staff with positive feedback and encouragement. *Focus on providing a superior customer service experience 100% of the time. *Recruit and interview candidates when necessary. Make good hiring decisions when needed. *Embrace a positive attitude about the vision and values of the company. *Possess the following skills; strong selling and coaching skills, verbal and written communications skills, strong organization skills, strong team building and management skills, and strong problem solving skills. *Motivated to meet store goals    Experience preferred but will train right individual.  Spanish speaking a plus.
