Security Operations Supervisor - Now Hiring!

　　The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the security services for one client, managing multiple sites. The successful candidate will provide oversite, coaching and mentoring to Supervisors and other Security Personnel. Performs inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed. This person will be responsible for coaching and training personnel, as well as carries out administrative procedures in support of Branch operations.

　　Location: Saint Paul, MN

　　Starting Pay: $45,000/year

　　Hiring Standards:

　　Must have a reliable means of communication.

　　Must have a reliable means of transportation.

　　Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

　　Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

　　Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

　　Prior scheduling and payroll experience required

　　3-5 years security experience preferred.

　　2 years prior Leadership or Management experience required

　　Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
