What’s Encouraged Daily:
Your primary responsibility will be to recognize technical solutions to data management and decision automation problems including product flow, production planning, tool capacity forecasting and supply chain design. Opportunity to work with a team of brilliant engineers to lead and participate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop solutions to support data analysis of strategy options and technology changes in current and future fabrication facilities.

Collaborate with a team of information systems authorities to tailor solutions and mathematical models to accurately forecast the impact of decisions on cost and capability. This position requires the ability to interface heavily with business users to collect requirements, develop models and build prototypes that support their needs and to deliver solutions that are rapidly adopted by the business.
How To Qualify:
Masters in Industrial Engineering with experience with Operations Research techniques or Operations Research – Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming
Ability to develop mathematical models of product flow / tool capacity to forecast capability and tackle these problems using Linear Programming (LP) and Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP). Priority for individuals with experience solving large multi-objective problems.
Systems thinking and the ability to determine the appropriate problem to address after observing planning operations.
Data Science Concepts: data mining, processing and analyzing data.
Use data visualization techniques/tools to understand the results of various analysis, e.g., Tableau.
Apply statistical concepts and methodologies like process control and regression analysis to translate the data into meaningful information for capacity modeling and product planning.
Use project management methodologies to run projects from initiation and planning to deployment.
Crafting and coordinating multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously.
Ability to establish relationships of trust with team members, partners, customers, and management.
Lead cross functional meetings / teams and drive decision making processes.
Model-based problem solving, sophisticated data analysis techniques, finding root causes, and evaluating options.
Provide clear and concise communication of sophisticated ideas in simple to understand terms through various methods and levels of collaborators.
