  About this role:

  Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation

  In this role, you will:Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environmentRequire considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practicesCollect data and prepare related operational reportsPrepare input forms for automated data processing systemUtilize the company's internal operations to perform dutiesCoordinate projectsFurnish information to authorized personsProvide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretationRequired Qualifications, US:

  2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Operations experience Ability to achieve high production and quality standardsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time framesStrong attention to detail and accuracy skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentJob Expectations: Schedule adjusts based on daylight savings time to accommodate required coverage.Hours: Mon -Friday Winter schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm CT. and Summer schedule: 4:00pm - 12:30am CT.Training: 4-6 weeks( Selected candidate are expected to attend the full duration of the training)Ability to work additional hours as neededThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis Position offers a hybrid work schedule. Posting Location:1801 Park View Dr Shoreview, MN (Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location)Schedule adjusts based on daylight savings time to accommodate required coverage.

  Winter schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm CT.

  Summer schedule: 4:00pm - 12:30am CT.
