Responsibilities:

Setting up construction jobs

Ordering, receiving, and coordinating material delivery and staging

Answering and fielding customer calls and queries

Engaging in regular communication with customers regarding the status of construction projects

Creating project submittals based on the outlines from the field delivery team

Documenting Project "As-Built" files based on feedback from the field delivery team

Closing out construction projects, including composing warranty letters, initiating warranty records and delivering all necessary documentation

Following up service contract sales related to successful projects

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience within a similar role, preferably in the construction industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of the basic principles of construction is highly beneficial
