  As a Operational/Leadership Front Office Intern, you would be responsible for:

  This is an amazing opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within all areas of Front Office including Telephones, Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations and Guest Relations.Understand and operate Hotel´s Property Management SystemPossess a working knowledge of reservations proceduresKnow room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates, as well as other services of the propertyAssist in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservationsRegister guests and assigns rooms. Accommodate special requests whenever possibleMaintain relevant information available to customers and sometimes play the role of tourist advisor on the potential places in the region to visit.Offer personalized service to each and every guestHandle guest complaints with interest, concern and empathyCoordinate room status updates with the Housekeeping departmentPromote the activities offered by the hotel to tourists for commercial purposes.Establish invoices at the customer’s departure: price of the stay, meals, minibar consumption, excursions, hotel services … and manage payments.Know all safety and emergency procedures and is aware of accident prevention policiesWhat are we looking for?
