  As a Operational/Leadership Food & Beverage Intern, you would be responsible for:

  This is an amazing opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within all areas of F&B including Restaurant Host, Sommelier, Bar and Restaurant.You will spend time in all sections learning all aspects before moving to another.Shadow the Food & Beverage management team with hiring, scheduling, supervision and control of teamAnswers telephone calls and connect them to their appropriate extensionsEnsure that mise en place levels are kept to standardsMeet, greet and seat guests in a professional and efficient mannerClear and reset tables and operational areasEnsuring high standards are met for guests to enjoy their experienceAssist in departmental administrative tasksHandle guest complaints, receive feedback and take actionSuggesting and describing various appetizers, entrées, desserts, alcoholic drinksWhat are we looking for?
