ABOUT THIS ROLEAs the Onsite Support Manager (OSM-PM) for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), your role involves ensuring operational and service quality for Float Residential Specialists and the On-call Residential Specialist pool. You address coverage needs during planned and unplanned staff absences, manage after-hours shift rotations, and supervise the Tenant Support Aid program. Collaborating with Site Directors and the PSH team, you contribute to maintaining robust staffing and supporting tenant housing stability, aligning with Plymouth's mission and cultural proficiency principles.Your responsibilities also include serving as the primary administrative user for PSH's shift management software and ensuring fair housing and high-quality services in a culturally proficient manner. This integrated approach supports resident well-being and community within the onsite PSH team. You will provide support, direction, and oversight to teams, ensuring high-quality, positive, and cohesive resident interactions. Your commitment extends to working swing, overnight, or weekends as needed for the 24/7 operational requirements.
