　　Shift : Per Diem

　　Location: Candidates are required to travel to onsite events from Polk to Volusia County. Bimonthly meetings are held in Maitland

　　The role you’ll contribute:

　　Supports the On-Site Manager and the On-Site Team to deliver high quality, On-site Occupational Health services and Health Fairs to the client. Assists with special projects, data entry and research. Performs multiple tasks at On-site screenings as well as multiple office tasks.

　　Supports On-site Health Fairs and Screenings as needed

　　Perform clerical duties at onsite events; checking in patients, and scheduling of appointments and ensures the completion of paperwork

　　Performs drug screens, hair collections and Breath Alcohol tests

　　Pack and transport supplies to events

　　Qualifications

　　The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

　　Minimum qualifications :

　　Florida State Driver’s License

　　Continued maintenance of BAT certification after hire

　　High School Diploma

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Previous DOT drug testing knowledge or experience
