　　BayCare Health System is currently seeking an On-Site Coordinator to join our outstanding and compassionate team. Come join our Community Health Team in this part time position where you will be responsible for coordination of BayCare's health events in the community and corporate setting.

　　This position requires travel within home base county but also to our sister counties with your own reliable transportation.

　　The On-Site Coordinator responsibilities include:

　　Health events in the community and corporate setting

　　Coordinates the set-up, traffic flow, break down, transports supplies and equipment, collects fees and schedules appointments

　　Acts as liaison between community and health care facilities

　　Coordinates duties of screening team and volunteers

　　Performs other duties as assigned
