Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an On-Site Coordinator in New York, United States. The role primarily involves on-site management of incoming deliveries at our new office location and facilitating effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage incoming deliveries at the new office location

• Ensure correct disbursement of items within the office space

• Use Slack to maintain clear and prompt communication with the team

• Support the relocation process through administrative and coordination tasks

• Utilize accounting software systems for relevant tasks

• Work with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now as required

• Manage tasks related to ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian

• Handle accounting functions and accounts payable (AP) when necessary

• Carry out auditing and benefit functions as part of the role

• Use 'About Time' software for efficient time management. Requirements

● Strong communication skills, especially using Slack for team updates

● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

● Ability to handle deliveries and direct packages to correct locations

● Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

● Reliable and punctual, with a proactive approach to tasks

● Previous experience in a similar logistical or administrative support role
