　　Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center(OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

　　The property includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (RareBird Gift Shop). Additionally, guests can enjoy a Mokara Spa, fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas. The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space inclusive of a 20,000 square foot ballroom, 10,000 square foot ballroom, and a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre-function space that overlooks the park.

　　Job Description

　　Hands on training opportunity for someone to learn various aspects of the hotel business. This position is a “utility player” who will rotate throughout various Rooms departments and positions based upon business need. Omni Care Interns are provided a summer internship opportunity that will result in acceptance into our LID (Leader in Development) program at the end of the summer season based upon performance. Omni Oklahoma City Hotel does offer housing for interns!

　　Responsibilities

　　Flexible in working various entry level service positions within the property.

　　Position will rotate between front office, housekeeping, and PBX. Additional departments/roles may be added based on business needs.

　　Attend to and anticipate guest’s needs.

　　Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in scheduling.

　　Demonstrate excellent teamwork.

　　Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars through the summer season.

　　Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

　　Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.

　　Qualifications

　　Strong communication skills – both written and verbal required

　　Strong customer service skills

　　Previous experience in a customer service position preferred

　　Willingness to learn and take on different projects

　　Ability to adapt to changing environments

　　Must be able to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean during daily business for extended periods of time.

　　Currently enrolled in college courses
