We have inspected, designed, managed and overseen the construction of a wide array of grade separated crossings, retaining systems, and conveyance structures throughout the United States. As the average age of our nation's bridges nears 50 years, successful bridge projects must balance complex analytics, engineering innovation and context sensitivity with economic prudency and long-term feasibility.The Ohio Bridge Leader is responsible for working with the Ohio CHA team to grow the bridge practice regionally. The individual in this role oversees the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. Our Bridge Leader will be a skilled collaborator who is an expert at problem solving, adapting and driving growth.The Ohio Bridge Leader clearly and successfully communicates with a variety of stakeholders and plays an important role in setting visions and strategies for other Project Leaders while demonstrating an understanding of the goals of CHA. They are responsible for developing our strategy for key clients and, with the support of a team of project managers and senior technical staff, executing that strategy to achieve client satisfaction and growth. Additionally, this individual is knowledgeable of the client's organization regarding budget, priorities, organization structure, trends, and policy issues, and understands CHA's capabilities to maximize and grow our market share.At CHA, you can build a career and find your passion across our diverse business lines and project teams. Find your "why" at CHA!REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, Planning, Engineering Management or a related degree required; Master's Degree preferredPE or equivalent professional license requiredMinimum of 15 years' experience required; minimum of 8 years' project management experience requiredEstablished relationships with ODOT leadership requiredKnowledge of and history with ODOT contracts, selection process, and pre-qualifications requiredExperience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations and project closeout documents for projects requiredDem
