Description

　　Robert Half is seeking an OFP Container Analyst for John Deere Davenport Works. As an OFP Container Analyst, you will identify packaging solutions for purchased parts with consideration of safety, ergonomics, part quality, shipping efficiency, material flow/handling efficiency, and line side presentation for the order fulfillment process.

　　This position is 1st shift, Monday to Friday, metatarsals required from day one.

　　The position may be support a hybrid schedule once training is completed.

　　Day to day duties include:

　　-Manage, containerize & complete all OFP container workflow in C-projects

　　-Maintain complete and accurate data in SAP

　　-Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply management, and custom rack designers/fabricators

　　-Provide daily support and manage inquiries related to packaging

　　-Work with third party suppliers of returnable containers and services to procure custom racking

　　-Complete all container related parameter requests

　　-Obtain quotes and procure racking for physical & productions builds

　　Requirements

　　Required skills:

　　-Organized, detailed, and thorough as you will be managing multiple packaging projects simultaneously

　　-Self-motivated and able to work well both unsupervised and as part of a team

　　-Effective written and verbal communication skills

　　-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel

　　What would make you stand out?!

　　-Manufacturing and/or operations experience

　　-Demonstrated understanding of the order fulfillment processes (OFP)

　　-Experience in Supply Management/Logistics or Material Flow

　　-Experience with SAP

　　-Experience using Creo / AutoCAD

　　-Experience with tool, rack, or fixture design
