Responsibilities
Manages office operations, including payroll preparation, correspondence control, and filing system design.
Defines procedures for record retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal.
Keeps management informed of team members' milestones, anniversaries, and birth dates.
Tracks and schedules annual reviews.
Handles recruitment, new hire orientations, and employee training.
Stays updated on hiring best practices and labor laws.
Maintains employee records and updates the Employee Handbook.
Administers employee benefits and schedules vendor meetings for sign-ups when needed.
Conducts monthly training sessions for team members on company processes, products, and HIPAA procedures.
Acts as the company receptionist.
Manages day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks and acts as a backup to the Bookkeeper.
Welcomes visitors, assists clients, and runs errands as needed.
Organizes monthly team events and ensures proper supplies and logistics.
