About Office Assistant - P-Time

　　Under general supervision the office assistant performs a variety of clerical duties in support of the zoo office operations. Office Assistant is responsible for helping with staff support, finance, budget, and general office needs of the zoo.QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED Ability to stand, stoop, sit, twist, walk and lift One year experience in general office workKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Knowledge of Microsoft office Knowledge of Clerical work Skill to be detail oriented Ability to work with direct public Ability to answer multiple phone lines MAJOR DUTIES Provides clerical and cashier assistance Ability to perform basic arithmetic Basic Accounting experience Ability to interact positively with the public and fellow employees Knowledge of business English Ability to supervise work of others
