About Office Administrator

  GREENFIELD Office Administrator Compensation: \$19 - \$22 hrly(Dependent on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm.Basic Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent requiredAssociate\'s degree or equivalent preferred 2-5 years of experience inan office environment required Experience in cash room environmentpreferred Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications includingOutlook, Excel and Word Job Description The Office Administratorperforms settlement and/or cashiering duties within a Sales &Distribution Center in accordance with standard company procedures.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Review and verify end of day driverpaperwork Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperworkPrepare driver paperwork for imaging Maintain missing documents logResearch and resolve driver overages and shortages Run daily routestatus report to verify that all delivery routes have been settledReview settlement exception report and resolve issues Report settlementissues to accounting department Troubleshoot handheld issues impactingsettlement Maintain cash reconciliation and driver deposit log Performcashiering duties including Fed-Ready status of deposit Prepare depositfor pick-up by armored car service Ensure security of route cashValidate proper use of cash drop log Research mail checks, print back-upand code in Payment Manager Complete miscellaneous tasks such asanswering phone calls, greeting visitors, printing, copying, laminatingand other administrative duties as assigned Benefits & Perks: 401K withCompany Match, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, EmployeeReferral Bonuses, Fitness Reimbursements, Tuition Reimbursement,Employee Discounts, Scholarship Opportunities, and so much more!*Benefits may vary by position, location, and union governance* AboutCoke Northeast: At Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, we start with greatpeople and great brands, in that order.
