Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

　　The Essentia Health Home Health Department in Detroit Lakes seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

　　About this position:

　　This is a 0.8 FTE, salaried, flexible position. Schedule is 32 hours per week and can be scheduled over 4 or 5 days

　　Team consists of PTs, SLPs, OTs, Nurses, Social Workers, Home Health Aides and referring providers.

　　Candidate must be flexible with scheduling, able to work autonomously, and have good communication skills.

　　Patients are usually adult and disabled. There are occasional pediatric patients. Will treat a varied range of diagnoses, with many patients being post-operative or skilled hospital discharges.

　　Candidates with additional skills or certifications or who are willing to obtain these skills and certifications are preferred: dementia care, pediatric experience, gerontology certification, low vision, stroke, seating and mobility.

　　The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
