　　PREMIUM PRN RATE of $65/HR for evening coverage, 7pm-11pm or later!$1,000 Shift Commitment Bonus!Must commit to 2 shifts per week for 3 monthsWhat will you be doing in this role?

　　Provide occupational therapy services and evaluations to production team membersDevelop a treatment plan based on data collected as well as implement, monitor, and modify plan to achieve goalsProvide occupational therapy techniques not limited to P/ROM, joint mobilization, massage, myofascial release, desensitization techniques, and dressing changesAchieve patient care time targets, with a general target of 75%+ minimum individual patient care time (unadjusted) in the inpatient setting.Keeping accurate, detailed documentation with efficiency while being able to provide feedback to the industrial athlete and client for continuous health improvementsUnderstanding and providing reports with key metrics to leadership, client partners, and operations managementThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job. 　　Our ideal candidate will have:

　　Have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational TherapyHave the required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensureCPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations, preferredThe ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shiftPrevious ergonomic and/or occupational health experience is a plusA high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communicationThe ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervisionBe able to maintain confidentialityStrong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel```{=html}
