Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services. _Job Summary_ Manages a work area or specific function to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective product or service is delivered by the department in support of the hospital’s strategic plan, and the function's goals and objectives. • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing • Experience managing and developing employees • Current CT RN license required without restriction, to the extent allowed by State and Federal law • Specialization in function and/or specific work experience typically required • Strong communications skills required - both written and verbal We take great care of careers.
