Minimum Qualifications Current NY certification as a Nursing AssistantPreferred Qualifications: Experience in a Long Term Care Facility

Duties Description Provide skilled care to the Veterans who reside at the Home, such as but not limited to: bathing, dressing, feeding, general hygiene, transfer of residents, care of ostomies, colostomy ileostomy, maintenance of individual range of motion to prevent contractures, recognize and report abnormal signs and symptoms of common conditions/diseases, measure and record fluid intake, assist health care team in treatments and observations, along with all aspects of daily living care.

Additional Comments Salary as listed includes $3,400 annual location pay + $6,000 annual geographic pay. There is an additional $575 annual inconvenience pay for evening or night shift.
