　　Details about this exciting opportunity:

　　Full Time (40 hours/week) position as a Nursing Assistant available in Mt. Vernon and White Plains

　　Salary Range: $17.22-$19.22/hour

　　Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Providing assistance, services and supports that promote independence and active participation in daily living within the residence.

　　Administering medications as assigned, scheduling medical and clinical equipment.

　　Assure that equipment, and supplies are stored and secured according to agency policy and regulations; and administrating correct medicals to individuals.

　　Observing and reporting individuals’ illness, health care concerns, injuries, incidents and possible individual abuse.

　　Support in the overall operation of the community-based residence.

　　If you have the following:

　　Qualifications:

　　High School diploma or GED.

　　Must possess an AMAP Certificate

　　6-12 months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.

　　And Attributes:

　　A Valid Driver’s License for over two years is a must

　　Able to participate in, pass and maintain certification of WJCS required training that includes but may not be limited to Medication Administration, SCIP, CPR/First Aid, Driving the Van and Mandatory Training as identified by OPWDD.
