The Child Watch Attendant will developactivities to entertain young children while their parents / guardiansparticipate in Corps programs and events. About the role: Patientlysupervise multiple children. Communicate effectively with children andparents / guardians. Handle difficult situations with speed, tact andfairness. Maintain a high level of enthusiasm. Organize and execute ageappropriate activities, including biblical lessons and crafts, forchildren both individually and in groups. Assist in the cleaning of toysand other materials and ensure the nursery is clean and de-cluttered.Maintain a safe environment for staff and participants. Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Must be 18 yearsof age or older and 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.Certifications: First Aid, CPR and AED Certification or ability toobtain within 90 days of employment.
