Palliative/Hospice Care Nurse Practitioner for beautiful Central Maine!

　　Northern Light Inland Hospital in Waterville, Maine, is searching for an experienced palliative care/hospice Nurse Practitioner for the greater Waterville area in Maine. This position would consist primarily of palliative care but would include some hospice, days spent in a mixture of inpatient at Inland Hospital, Lakewood continuing care, and community-based home visits. Focuses would be on clarification of patient and family goals, patient safety, coordination of care and self-management opportunities, all while delivering compassionate, professional, and high-quality care.
