Base Salary: $105,000-$135,000

　　We are recruiting a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for both Inpatient and Outpatient work. This position will rotate between our Maple Road office in Williamsville, NY and our Hospital sites. This NP/PA will see anywhere from 13-17 patients a day.

　　This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position from 8:00AM-4:30PM. No On-call.

　　Job Duties

　　Provide evaluation and management of patients with cardiac arrhythmias

　　pacemakers

　　defibrillators

　　monitors, and other devices

　　education and consultation within a multidisciplinary team

　　The Requirements

　　Graduate of an accredited PA/NP program

　　Unrestricted NY State License

　　DEA Registration

　　Prior outpatient or inpatient experience as a provider required

　　ACLS certification

　　Infection Control certificate
