Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:• Procuring purchased material from suppliers by negotiating price, quantity and delivery of material. This includes expediting or deferring material with suppliers to meet unforeseen changes in demand.• Scheduling and directing suppliers by utilizing supply chain management techniques and analysis of SAP and LeanDNA. Goal is to maintain target levels of inventory to meet customer demand, while efficiently utilizing the inventory.• Perform Data Pulls of information for statistical review at Key Performance Indicator (KPI) meetings.• Provide Transactional Assistance for large data entry projects.• Review and update current work instructon documentation for all NNA Purchasing Leader Standard of Work.• Effectively representing functional area on cross-functional teams.• Assist NNA purchasing team in various projects. May include large data projects utilizing SAP, LeanDNA and Excel. Organizing information through PowerPoint presentations, ect.
Qualifications
Required:• Incumbent must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related program.• Must have completed at least one semester of Sophomore year.• Ability to meet a hybrid schedule at our Murrysville, PA location.If you would like to make an impact to ensure that Men and Women may work in safety and that they, their families, and their communities may live in health throughout the world, we want to hear from you!
