SummaryPlans, coordinates and actively drives internal and external researchand innovation for complex, cross-functional, and multidisciplinaryprojects among a diverse array of partners. Manages the end to end planthat is inclusive of all of the changes needed to support initiativeoutcomes (e.g., pre-award support, proposal writing, project plans andreports, and a cadence of project meetings among the researchcommunity).Projects often involve the knowledge of and the ability tobalance the technical rigor, as well as the application of emergingtechnology in various domain areas of application. Instrumental forsuccess in this role requires the art of effective and concisecommunication on both the business value for the work and/or broaderimpact among key stakeholders and partners. Primary Duties &Responsibilities Accountable for aligning one or more large, complexprograms consisting of multiple efforts. Makes connections across teamsand work streams to drive identification and facilitation ofinterdependencies. Accountable for defining the program structure andcreating a unified plan to deliver on the program objectives forsourcing and executing internal and external (e.g., National ScienceFoundation) research funding proposal opportunities.
