　　Leidos is seeking a Network Engineer - Senior to support United States Space Force (USSF) in support of Space Systems Command (SSC) Cyber Operations Branch rapid agile development of defensive cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to both ground and space based cyber adversarial threats. 　　The Opportunity:

　　Perform configuration, test, deployment and maintenance to all network equipmentValidate new and existing dataflow and data formatsOversee the support to all network equipmentConfigure and optimize the network to connect various front-end and back-end componentsMinimize network latency and maximize data throughput through design analysis and network performance monitoring toolsConfigure and maintain organizations network diagrams and accreditationsLead the design, integration, test and deploy solutions to established network issuesImplement specific network solutions to support server requirements to include load balancing, VPN's, firewall contexts, Traffic Shaping Voice over IP (VOIP), GRE Tunneling, IP Security (IPSec), IP Encryption, Media over IP (MoIP) and network address translation (NAT).Coordinate with system engineering and integrate, configure, deploy, test and provide ongoing maintenance for numerous types of network devices, interfaces and methodologiesGather needed data to specify system/component performance and interface requirements

　　What Sets You Apart:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer science, software engineering, data science, software development or STEM related specialty; with 10 or more years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.JNCDA or JNCDS-DC certification

　　You Might Also Have:

　　Familiarity & knowledge with: SIMP Project, Docker, GIT, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQLCCNA certification.

　　Clearance Needed:

　　U.S. citizenship with a current DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
