　　Responsibilities

　　Prepare support and perform the calculations for valuation of the accounts receivable using the Crowe/RCA revenue analytics tool.

　　Calculate actual, budgeted, and projected net patient service revenue using data sourced from the general ledger and Crowe/RCA.

　　Work collaboratively with other departments and ministries within their Region related to net revenue management activities.

　　Assist in the preparation of annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and provide support upon audit.

　　Requirements

　　Education:

　　High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

　　3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

　　Additional Preferences

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

　　Healthcare experience highly preferred.

　　Crowe RCA experience highly preferred.

　　Certified Net Revenue Analyst (CNRA) a plus

　　Reimbursement (Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare) experience a plus.
