The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care for residents, ensuring their overall well-being and comfort. This includes assisting with personal care, closely monitoring health, facilitating engaging recreational activities, and maintaining a clean and organized living space. Responsibilities: * Provide compassionate assistance to residents in their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. * Vigilantly observe and report any changes in residents' physical and mental health to the supervising nurse. * Offer invaluable emotional support and actively engage residents in recreational activities to enhance their well-being. * Meticulously observe and record residents' vital signs, promptly notifying the nurse of any irregularities. * Ensure clean and organized living spaces for residents, including assisting with laundry when necessary. * Strictly adhere to safety and infection control protocols to safeguard the well-being of residents. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's specific needs and preferences. Requirements: * Hold a valid CNA certification from an accredited program. * Have a minimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare or senior care facility. * Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Demonstrate physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. * Satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Compensation: This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $20 to $22 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
