Your Role
As the National Human Resources Manager, you will not only play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our company's HR landscape but also make a lasting impact both internally and externally. Your Responsibilities
Activelysupport and advise managers on various employment matters, striving tofind optimal solutions.
Takea lead role in resource planning alongside management.
Participatein recruitment processes, including negotiating employment agreements.
Developand implement comprehensive HR policies across the organisation.
Ensurecompliance with laws and regulations.
Provideguidance for the efficient daily workflows of the HR team.
Collaboratewith executives to align HR policies with strategic company goals.Fostercooperation with employee representatives and contribute to work safetyinitiatives.
Playa key role in compensation and benefits, performance management, trainingand development, occupational safety, employee communications, employee experience,and employee relations.
Activelycontribute to building corporate culture and implementing HR strategy.
Developwell-being initiatives and provide guidance on related matters.
Actas an HR partner in negotiations with occupational health care and pensioncompanies.
Facilitateand design training plans or workshops for managers on labour law, changemanagement, performance management, etc.
Your Skills and Experiences
Relevanthigher education degree.
Minimumof 7 years of experience in challenging and diverse HR tasks.
Excellentcommunication skills in both Finnish and English.
Strongknowledge of labour law and collective agreements.
Extensiveexperience supporting managers/team leaders in various stages of theemployment relationship.
Initiative,ability to handle pressure, solution-oriented approach, and the ability toinspire trust among stakeholders.
