During our 10-week internship program, students will have the chance to gain insight into a variety of different cross-functional roles spanning across our global business. The NAM Total Rewards team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to support on a number of different projects during the summer of 2024. This individual should be organized, self-driven, capable of completing a task with minimal guidance and have strong interpersonal skills. Examples of projects are:
Assisting the team with active and retirement benefit plan updates related to recent Mergers & Acquisitions
Preparing documents and completing tasks to support annual Open Enrollment period
Develop health care and well-being strategy for 2025 and beyond
Explore new and innovative benefit programs
Collaborate on team member benefit communication material
Support any global well-being and mental health initiatives
In this role, you will develop a base knowledge of active health and welfare and retirement benefits that are offered to active team members. You will be able to work on actual projects that will directly impact BIC’s team members. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage some vendors and projects on your own, with guidance and support from the Total Rewards team.
What We're Looking For In You:
You have completed at least 2 years of a 4-year bachelor's degree program preferrable in Human Resource Management
Self-Starter. You are high-reaching and relentless. You have a can-do attitude and drive to see projects through to completion, regardless of obstacles.
Eager to learn. You're always learning, growing, questioning, and challenging "what's been done before."
Agile Solution Seeker. You're a problem solver who always can find the best answer in a fast-paced environment
