M aterial Requirements Planner

　　MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

　　The MRP will be responsible to support the supply planning department in DEOS Planning.

　　This person will be r esponsible for :

　　M anaging and maintaining optimum inventories to meet scheduled production demands for finished product and achieving goals of In Full On Time shipment of customer orders.

　　Maintains strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure supply of materials meets requirements .

　　Propose new w ay of working with suppliers if needed or even a change of strategy to improve raw materials planning process.

　　JOB SUMMARY

　　Run MRP weekly to maintain proper raw material inventory levels and assure the operations continuity.

　　Place purchase orders according to the MRP requirements.

　　Attend and l ead weekly meetings with top suppliers to review risks, shipments, fcst doubts, materials inventory in suppliers , open POs, etc.

　　Generate a weekly report of critical materials at ri sk and action plans.

　　S upport call off with daily issues with QA, manufacturing, inbound, supplier s , procurement.

　　Bi-w eekly review & action plan of materials with expiration risk .

　　Weekly stock report to as sure we ’re on the same stock level as the rolling forecast , if not, define action plan.

　　Monthly stocks rolling forecast report.

　　KEY REQUIREMENTS

　　Education: Bachelor's degree

　　Language requirements: Spanish & English

　　Required skills , education , SOL competencies and hard skills.

　　Desired Experience for all candidates internal or external (education, soft skills and hard skills): Experience in planning or procurement

　　Hard skills:

　　Medium or advanced excel level.

　　Knowledge of inventory management.

　　General knowledge about Supply Chain, and which is the role of planning and MRP in the Supply Chain.

　　Medium or advanced SAP level.

　　Medium or advanced English level.
