　　The overall responsibility of a Server Support Team Member you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have a positive and friendly experience.

　　KNOWLEDGE/ TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

　　·         Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible

　　·         Greet all arriving guests warmly and promptly

　　·         Seat guest/ guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations

　　·         When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party. Provided guests with an estimated waiting time. Call out name and number of party when tables become available.

　　·         Upon seating, offer guests a menu, Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.

　　·         Relay messages to servers as needed.

　　·         Maintain clean entrance, lobby, dining room and restrooms.

　　·         Assist the servers in maintaining and stocking service stations

　　·         Transport bus tubs with dirty dishes to dish room. Clean and reset tables promptly.

　　·         Clean chairs, booths, and surrounding carpet.

　　·         Take food and beverage orders from guests requesting take out service, enter orders in our point of sale system.

　　·         Process payments correctly and efficiently. Close checks.

　　·         Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.

　　·         Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned.

　　·         Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

　　APPEARANCE/ UNIFORM:

　　·         Black Dress Pants (no leggings or jeans)

　　·         Black No-Slip/ Oil resistant Grip shoes/ Black Socks

　　·         Shirt provided by the company

　　WORK CONDITIONS:

　　·         Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business.

　　PHYSICAL DEMAND REQUIREMENTS

　　·         Frequent to continuous need for manual dexterity of both hands (pushing, pulling, handling, gripping, fine finger controls, etc.)

　　·         Frequent exposure to cold/ below freezing and high heat temperatures (walk-in refrigerator, freezers, andovens)

　　·         Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

　　·         Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

　　·         Bending, squatting, and stooping for cleaning activities throughout the shift.

　　Position wage starts at $9.50 per hour but may be more based on experience.
