　　QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

　　Knowledge of city streets and traffic regulations.Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with fellow associates, hospital and nursing home personnel, as well as the general public.Must be at least 18 years of ageMust maintain a valid State of Michigan Chauffeur license and a good driving recordMust have a high school diploma or G.E.D.Must possess or obtain a current BLS CPR cardPHYSICAL DEMANDS:  While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance visions, color visions, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.  The associates must also do the following:

　　Drive using wrist motions to manipulate steering wheel frequently and rotating neck

　　Lift and carry wheelchairs weighing 45 pounds

　　Push, pull  wheelchairs and lift during stair ascend/descend with 130 pound patient

　　Pull van's wheelchair elevation platform

　　Lift and transfer 130 pound
