　　Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mid/Senior Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL.Summary:This role is a mid to senior-level project management position that will work with technical leaders, product owners, and extended project team members to facilitate delivery of multiple mid-large sized projects.Job Responsibilities: Mid/Senior Project Manager will utilize the TPMO project management tool (Planview PPM Pro) to manage projects details and resources Create budget requests, manage, and monitor financials to ensure projects do not exceed their allocated budget Know your project(s) status, create status reports, and lead status meetings As a Mid/Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for keeping resource allocations up to date and approving timesheets in the PM tool Schedule meetings, capture meeting minutes, and track action items to closure Adhere to the TPMO project management standard operating procedures and methodologies

　　Requirements

　　3+ years of work experience managing mid-large sized technology projects as a Senior Project Manager or similar position 1+ years of delivering projects within the scrum ceremonies' framework Experienced with using Excel to view reports, create and modify pivot tables Experience in collaborating with project team members with excellent people and communication skills Effective communication is required with portfolio manager, project leadership, and extended project team members Familiarity with the setup and management of Azure DevOps/Jira boards Intermediate skill level with tools such as MS Teams, Azure DevOps/Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Visio Ability to adapt to a fast-past work environment and manage multiple competing priorities at once Must meet company's requirements for employment Valid in-state driver's license and have maintained an acceptable, safe driving record Scrum certification is not required, but a plus Experience with Planview PPM Pro is not required, but a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
