  Uber for business in Taiwan is rapidly expanding, and positioned as the next star market to scale in the following years. We've been on a mission to create an Uber community within business organizations, leveraging our delightful Delivery and Mobility services to empower any organizations with the essence of Uber.

  About the Role

  Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact, innovate through your problem solving, and grow professionally? In this role, you will be immersed in an elite sales group and startup-like environment to show the sales velocity and establish mid-market business for U4B.

  You will be accountable for driving new business acquisitions, managing forecast/ pipelines and executing through the GTM strategies. The ultimate goal is to fully empower any Mid Market organizations with the essence of Uber.

  Your Impact in Role:

  Prospect/pitch/sell, and scale into Mid-Market segments (employee size 250~2,000)Deliver the value of the Uber for Business platform to our corporate customersDevelop opportunity and pipeline within a defined territory / book of businessLead and coordinate end-to-end sales motions for corporate customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation to close dealsAbility to prioritize and locate the key decision makers, and prospect with sales velocityWork cross-functionally teams to ensure an effective account launch/ meaning close winContinuously assess customers' evolving needs and aligning Uber for Business's value proposition to drive linkage and adoption

  The Experience You'll Bring:

  3+ years of B2B sales and Business Development experienceProven track record of crafting narratives to drive new business acquisitionsPassionate, resilient, self-disciplined and hustling with hunter mindsetGood communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.English proficiency

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience in Corporate Travel, Meal and Employee Welfare and ESG domains.Track record of consistently exceeding targets.

  Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
