　　Job Description

　　As a Mid-Level Stormwater Compliance Inspector, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Omaha stormwater inspection team. This positions will provide technical support to Olsson staff and clients, supervise, train and support inspection staff, serve as a task manager for some projects, conduct site audits for internal quality control purposes, and provide inspection support for higher risk projects. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with local regional and state regulatory agencies to minimize risk for our clients and the firm.

　　Bachelor’s degree preferred in environmental science, engineering, construction management, or related fields

　　Working knowledge of land development and civil construction processes

　　CISEC or CESSWI certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

　　Ability to obtain CPESC within one year of hire

　　Experience with Municipal and Construction program areas

　　Must have 3 to 5 years of stormwater compliance experience

　　Experience with Omaha Permix system is a plus

　　Experience with ArcGIS tools and software is a plus

　　Drone license is a plus

　　Experience with SWPPP preparation/modification, erosion and sediment control plan design, inspection and construction implementation
