Description:

　　With this position the candidate will be doing constant quality checks from the raw materials all down to the finished goods. Since this is an FDA regulated facility quality it extremely important.

　　The contractor will be working in the lab and also on the production floor.

　　They will perform various quality tests such as (metal analysis, salt content, fat content, Foss test, bacteria checks, microbiology, oxygen analysis, liquid analysis, pH test, butter content, and more.

　　Will do milk plating and analyze results

　　Will run test to look for bacteria in products

　　Will be responsible for identifying quality issues and relaying it to production and necessary people in the lab.

　　Will conduct floor checks on 1 hour cycles

　　Address quality with production workers in a receptacle manner

　　Will be working constantly in a fast paced environment

　　Will draw up necessary quality reports

　　Will log results and findings

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor of Science degree preferred. Will take someone without a degree with comparable work experience.

　　They prefer a Bachelor in Biology.

　　Should have taken a micro course or lab or have done micro if they are are interested in the microbiology position.
