　　工作内容:

　　1、调配人员执行计划性保养工作，实施对保养和维修监督的指挥和人力安排，处理紧急召修和客户投诉，确保地铁项目电扶梯质量和安全运行，提高客户对维保服务的满意度。

　　2、按保养、安全的规范和业主的要求，做好项目部质量管理工作，确保设备处于完好的运行状态，与工厂和支持部门密切联系及时处理故障和反馈质量问题。

　　3、联络客户和征求客户对维修工作的意见，搞好客户关系，处理客户的投诉。 审核维修技工的月度绩效KPI并对其进行指导和培训以提高员工保养质量。

　　4、完成每月对技师保养质量的抽查并及时反馈到月度KPI中。 统一控制、安排项目部内部员工技能培训，确保员工可以通过OM3S技能考核。

　　5、审核、统计、分析、控制维修工地材料费用在合理范围内。

　　6、合理安排并反馈总部、OM3S项目部以及客户下达的排查，与工厂密切配合完成整改工作。

　　7、合理调配人力和利用工时以及维保线路以提高维保效率，与HR密切配合管理项目部人员储备。

　　8、学习、理解并遵守公司的环境、健康与安全的规则和程序以及当地的安全政策和法规。上报所有的事故（伤害、疾病，险兆以及环境事故等）、危险状况以及紧急事件。在工作之前进行工作危险分析，并采取相应的预防措施来保护自身的安全。参加环境、健康与安全的培训活动，并对自己的安全负责。

　　9、遵守卓越服务的政策和程序，履行卓越服务的客户承诺，制定卓越服务计划并实施，提供卓越服务培训，实现卓越服务目标。

　　10、遵守商业道德相关规定，并能监督他人共同遵守，有问题及时反馈。
