　　To strengthen our team inPilsen,we are looking for you within the Wacker Silicones division, for the Operational Excellence (Digitalization) department, asMES Engineer.

　　Your tasks

　　Introduction and further development of efficient, standardized and globally consistent MES solutions for mapping business and production processes

　　Collaboration and close coordination with the requesting operational areas, the IT implementation partners and the globally active digitalization and MES engineers

　　Continuous training of key users of the production systems and regular participation in MES user meetings

　　Carrying out functional tests for troubleshooting and fault elimination as part of agile software development

　　Collaboration in digitization projects at the Burghausen and Pilsen sites with a focus on optimizing production processes and sustainably improving efficiency and quality

　　Operational contact for new requirements regarding process and system changes.

　　Your profile

　　High School diploma or University degree preferably in electrical engineering, automation technology or production informatics or comparable qualification

　　Professional and project management experience in the field of automation and digitalization (IT/OT) in the production environment

　　Good knowledge of production-related IT systems, e.g. MES, SAP, PLS, MS Office

　　Knowledge of vertical + horizontal data integration in the context of the automation pyramid

　　Knowledge of methods and experience in agile project management (e.g. Scrum)

　　Resilience, ability to work in a team, flexibility

　　Good written and spoken German or English

　　Willingness to travel and enjoy international cooperation, intercultural competence
