This role will primarily work delinquentloans that are less than sixty days past via the auto dialer. They willbe responsible to discuss payment and loss mitigation options withmembers. They will answer inbound calls and need to be able to assistmembers or get them to the correct person who can. REQUIREMENTS 1. Highschool diploma or equivalent. 2. Possess good member service skills. 3.Must be able to learn all account types, loss mitigation tools, anddepartment specialty areas. 4. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, andthe ability to work independently. 5. Must have experience or ability togain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job. 6. Mustdevelop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures asthey relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies andprocedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Work accounts primarily less than sixtydays past via the auto dialer or through inbound calls received. 2.Negotiate arrangements with members via multiple channels. Phone, text,chat, and/or email. 3. Properly pend accounts out so we can follow-up asneeded. 4. Maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times withmembers and co-workers. 5. Has the ability to assist in multiple areasincluding late stage and clerical, when applicable. 6. Educates membersas to any loss mitigation options available to them. Can analyzeinformation to recommend the best possible outcome for the member andCredit Union. 7. Performs other duties as assigned.
