In our Medical Affairs division, we are responsible for treating, curing, stopping and preventing some of the most complex diseases of our time - from heart disease, diabetes and psoriasis to Alzheimer's, HIV, Covid-19 and cancer. For our office in Vienna, we are looking for 1 Intern who will support us for a year on a part-time basis (20-30 hours/week).
Job purpose
Supports the Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs Excellence VOT TOV HCC Team and the Medical Coordinator in day-to-day work to enable them to focus on business-relevant topics
Supports the TA in managing medical projects for the assigned therapeutic area under the supervision of the project owner and Medical Coordinator
Job responsibilities
Takes over administrative tasks like payment processes, contract management, and document management
Supports planning and execution of department events
Supports assigned projects under the guidance and supervision of the project owner
Qualifications
High degree of service orientation
Effective collaboration and networking skills
High IT affinity, operation of various systems
Higher School Certificate (Matura)
