Description We are located in Nashville, Tennessee, and are currently in need of a Medical Administrator for a long-term contract employment opportunity. This role is integral to the healthcare industry and involves the use of various computer programs, including ADP - Financial Services, Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, and EHR System.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process patient data through different computer programs

• Answer inbound calls and handle patient inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Perform billing functions accurately to ensure seamless financial operations

• Maintain and manage clinical trial operations with utmost precision and care

• Administer claims effectively and maintain accurate records for future reference

• Work with Allscripts and Cerner Technologies for efficient data management

• Use ADP - Financial Services for financial record-keeping and transactions

• Develop charts and graphs to represent patient data and healthcare statistics effectively

• Ensure the EHR System is updated and accurate for reliable patient information access. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential for managing financial aspects of the clinic.

• Familiarity with Allscripts for maintaining electronic health records and patient management.

• Experience with Cerner Technologies to ensure smooth clinical operations.

• Proficiency in various Computer Programs for efficient data management and analysis.

• Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM for managing patient's health records electronically.

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls, efficiently managing patient inquiries and appointments.

• Experience in Billing Functions to manage patient billing and insurance claims.

• Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs for medical data visualization.

• Experience in Claim Administration to handle insurance claims and patient billing.
